Minimum qualifications:
• member of Romanian Bar Association;
• practice in commercial law;
• strong knowledge of civil and commercial law;
• litigation experience;
• good organizer;
• capacity to work within short deadlines;
• capacity to work in a team;
• fluent in English; knowledge of any other foreign language is a plus.

– Completing Trade Register procedures
– Representing clients in front of various Romanian courts both in Bucharest and in other cities
– Drafting various documents (pleadings, contracts, legal reports etc.)
